The Administrator processes personal data collected through the Online Service available at legitime.pl. These data are processed on the basis of the consent given for the following purposes:

We process personal data in connection with the provision of services offered through the Service, including:

·   Services for access to the e-learning platform. For this purpose, we process the following data contained in the platform use application: e-mail address, name and surname, date of birth.

·   Contact with the person providing their data via e-mail. For this purpose, we process the following data contained in the email: email address, name, and surname.

 

2. Marketing of Legitime's own services

Personal data may also be processed for purposes related to the marketing of products offered by Legitime Bartłomiej Gorzkowski. Sending an email may involve the need to provide personal data that will allow us to send information tailored to your needs about the services, products of Legitime Bartłomiej Gorzkowski. These data may include: name and surname, email address, company name, number of employees, job positions covered by training. This data can be combined with the e-mail address.

This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance in EU Member States or other countries outside the EU, which are signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address, before shortening, will only be sent to a Google server in the United States in exceptional cases.
